What a fantastic season we've had! West London finished the 2024/25 season as Middlesex Merit Table Division 2 Champions! This is our second consecutive year earning automatic promotion, and it really shows how hard our players and coaching staff have worked together.
Let’s take a look at our stats for the season: we played 17 matches, winning 15 and losing 2. We remained unbeaten at home, scoring an impressive 609 points while only conceding 194, resulting in a points difference of +415. This is a significant improvement over our points difference of +263 in the 2023/24 season. Plus, we managed to grab 10 bonus point wins along the way and clinched the league by 12 points with a game to spare! The players should be really proud of these achievements.
One of the highlights of this season has been seeing our new players step up and make such valuable contributions, not just on the field but also in our club community. It’s amazing to think about how far we’ve come in just 36 months! As club captain, I couldn't be prouder of the team’s dedication and perseverance throughout the season. It truly reflects the effort everyone has put in, and I’m really looking forward to what next season has in store for us!
