West London has a great atmosphere both on and off the pitch, and the diversity of individuals makes the club that bit more special and even more welcoming. A great social club with a competitive rugby side.
I worked with one of the “old boys” who kept asking me to play for the club. After months of persistence and me putting him off, I decided to come down. From that first training session ... I NEVER LEFT!!!
I started off playing for Ealing Trailfinders Colts team before moving on to play for London Broncos RL. I played in the North vs South regional game twice before heading to Harlequins for a short spell. From there, and after some persuasion, I came back to union and started playing for West London and Middlesex.
How could you not! The buzz around the club is unbelievable, just as it was when I first joined. I was welcomed in with open arms from the start, and the socials are just unreal. Admittedly, I thought this was a big step down for me at the time but now (15+ years later) it was the best thing I did socially and competitively. Personally, there isn’t another club like West London, and that’s why it’s so special. West London saved and changed my life.

Socials, laughter, subsidised bar, big screen, food and of course competitive PLAYING RUGBY. A friendly and family orientated environment where everyone is welcome. As such, West London Rugby Club is more than just a rugby club. It is a tight-knit community where everyone works hard and pulls together both on and of the pitch. The passion and determination the boy's show week in, week out is immense, and this reflects throughout the club. We welcome anyone regardless of their background and playing level, and open-heartedly welcome more to our club and family.
